Our Villas & Services
1. All rental prices are quoted per month or per year, unless otherwise specified. The exact inclusions (cleaning, maintenance, utilities, etc.) are defined individually for each property and clearly communicated prior to booking.
2. For long-term rentals, utilities such as electricity, water, internet, and other consumables are typically paid by the tenant unless otherwise agreed. For serviced rentals, selected services may be included depending on the property.
3. Apex Property Management handles all operational aspects including tenant communication, maintenance coordination, and property upkeep.
Booking & Payment Terms
1. A deposit is required to secure the property.
2. The remaining balance must be paid before move-in, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Payments may be subject to bank or transfer fees depending on the payment method.
Security Deposit
1. A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. 2. Returned within 7 working days after check-out, subject to inspection.
3. Deductions may apply for damages, unpaid utilities, or outstanding charges.
Lease Terms
1. Lease agreements are fixed-term (monthly or yearly). 2. Extensions may be possible, subject to availability.
3. Early termination terms are defined in the agreement.
Maintenance & Responsibilities
1. Tenants must report issues promptly. 2. Essential maintenance will be handled within a reasonable timeframe.
3. Tenant-caused damages will be charged accordingly.
